Of the 556 stops served by the 10 urban Artis routes, 55% may be accessed by people with reduced mobility.

The most accessible routes are 1, 6 and 7 (89% of route 1, 72% of route 6 and 96% of route 7 are accessible).
You can identify these stops easily by the pictograms on the ground and the raised platforms.

Artis vehicles

22 of the 34 "standard" buses feature ramps for people with reduced mobility and low floors. All of the Ma Citadine shuttles can also be accessed by people with reduced mobility. However, the Hospitadine Shuttle may not be accessed by people with reduced mobility or with pushchairs.

Since our vehicle fleet is not totally accessible, it is advisable to contact us the day before you travel to let us know the route, stops and desired times so that we can make sure that an appropriate vehicle will be there.

You can contact us between 8 AM and midday and between 2 PM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday, on 03 21 58 08 58.
